Requirements for the Sacrament of Baptism
- Parents:1) Register the child before the baptism date during office hours.2) The birth certificate is required to register the child for baptism (the long form)
- Single Godparents: Must be 16 years old or older and have received the sacrament of Baptism, Holy Communion, or Confirmation ( copy of First Communion or Confirmation certificate)
- Couples living together: must be married by the Catholic Church (copy of marriage certificate)
- Parents and Godparents must attend pre-baptismal classes and register at the Parish Office in advance. Present proof of classes if attended classes before.
- Classes are offered twice a month Saturdays 3pm-5pm and Mondays 7pm-9pm (limited availability)
