Requirements for the Sacrament of Matrimony
- You must contact the parish office at least six months prior to the wedding date for the initial interview with the Priest. The wedding date will be written in the book after the initial interview with the Priest.
- Documents: a) Recent Baptismal Certificate b) First Communion Certificate c) Confirmation Certificate d) Marriage Civil License e) If you have a civil marriage: with current spouse -must present a copy of Civil Marriage License* with someone other than your current spouse present Divorce Decree * If you have been married in the Catholic Church or another Church marriage- you need to present Annulment Decree
- Two Witness each Bride/Groom
